2. Service model
Plovdiv Housekeeping organises services through the operator's own team. The site is not a job exchange, worker marketplace, temporary staffing intermediary or direct-hiring platform.
3. Enquiry and confirmation
The site cannot accept enquiries until an official contact channel is published. After activation, a service will be accepted only when the scope, time, access, price and applicable terms are explicitly confirmed.
4. Offers and prices
The four displayed offers are clearly labelled as demos. Where no price is available, “On request” is used. The site does not promise a fixed price without assessment.
5. Property Care
Property Care is not security, engineering assessment, technical supervision or insurance. Visual checks cannot guarantee the discovery of hidden defects.
6. CityHelp
Possible benefits from 3% to 33% depend on an active partner, offer and terms. There is no automatic entitlement or guaranteed discount.
7. Liability
The parties clarify access, sensitive surfaces, personal belongings and known risks before a visit. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not restricted.
